Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to Order History
2. Select the order and click "Return Items"
3. Choose reason for return and upload photos if defective
4. Print return label (free for defective items)
5. Pack securely and drop off at nearest courier partner

Refund Process

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different variant or product, please follow the return process and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred item.

Retreat Booking Cancellations

Retreat bookings have a separate cancellation policy:

• 30+ days before: Full refund minus ₹500 booking fee
• 15-30 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund (one-time transfer to future retreat allowed)
